The term ‘Delucia Holistics’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website & business who is based at Delucia Holistics, 71 Lever Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester M1 1FL..
Please arrive at the specified time only as we work by appointment only, please call us on 07449 844 122 and ask if you want to visit at an earlier time or you are running late. Please do not bring additional people or children to your appointment as they will not be able to attend with you ( due to insurance).
If you are entitled to a discount you are required to let us know prior to making your booking
Discounts are not applied to same day appointments or during the hours of 6pm - 9pm or on Sundays.
Please shower, wash or bathe within 48hrs of your massage or intimate waxing appointment. We will provide complimentary wet wipes at your appointment - so don't worry if you've been at work all day.
Medical conditions, allergies & Pregnancy
Please let us know of your medical condition, allergies or pregnancy before booking the appointment and please check that your GP or midwife is happy for you to proceed with massage therapy if you are pregnant, your massage therapist is trained in pregnancy massage. Pregnancy massage is suitable after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
We strongly advise you to book in for a patch test first if you have not visited Delucia Holistics previously or had a patch test or the treatment in the last six months. It is your responsibility to book in for your patch test and Delucia Holistics cannot accept any liability for allergic reactions that occur when customers have booked in for a treatment without having a patch test, if you do this it is at your own risk. Although allergic reactions are rare they do happen and we believe it is better to be safe than sorry. Please book in for a patch test 48hrs prior to your eyebrow tint, lashlift, lash perm or eyelash extensions.
A patch test with no reaction is not a guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction during your treatment or during subsequent visits this is because you can become allergic having previously been fine and you can be allergic to products that have not been part of your patch test for example lashes, tape, primer etc. An allergic reaction can range from mild irritation to a very severe reaction that needs medical attention. If you experience symptoms such as itching, swelling, redness, irritation contact Delucia Holistics straight away on 07449 844 122 call or text so we can advise and assist, if you are unable to visit for an assessment or removal still call us we can help. In addition if your symptoms are severe please seek medical advice. Do not try and remove the lashes yourself as this will cause more irritation always book a professional removal.In the case of you experiencing an allergy we will do all we can to assist, however we do not refund the cost of your treatment in this circumstance. Unfortunately allergies do happen this is not the fault of your therapist or Delucia Holistics, all we can do is minimise the risk.
You can also book in for a spray tan and waxing patch test this is an especially good idea if you are prone to allergies or have very sensitive skin.
Guests at Delucia are required to pay a non-returnable £1 booking deposit via debit or credit card or provide gift certificate details at the time of booking this deposit is used as part payment towards the cost of your treatment. Alternatively you can pay the full balance in advance. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/decide not to proceed or downgrade without 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit and be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cleared payment must be received before the gift certificate is sent. There is a six month expiry to all gift certificates and six packs.
We work by appointment only and come in especially to see you. Regrettably we need to compensate our staff and prevent loss of revenue to our small business Delucia Holistics in the event of no shows, late cancellations or if you decide not to proceed. If you cannot attend your appointment, or would like to downgrade your appointment please let us know at the earliest opportunity by calling or text to 07449 844 122 giving at least 48 hrs notice. If you are booking short notice with less than 48 hrs before your appointment time then please be aware you will be unable to cancel or re-schedule due to the time frame. We understand that on occassions and for very genuine and valid reasons you may not be able to attend your appointment . If you arrive and choose to downgrade your appointment or to not proceed with your booked appointment you will still be charged the full price of your original booking. Please understand that our cancellation policy applies to all our customers on the rare occasion they change their mind, cannot attend or provide 48 hrs notice they are required to pay for the appointment . In the event of a cancellation as long as we are informed 48 hours before the appointment you will be able to reschedule - you can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling and speaking to us directly (no voicemail) or a text to 07449 844 122 (We do not accept any other methods of cancellation) . Payments will not be refunded and you will be charged for the full price of the treatment via your credit card, if you fail to attend or choose to cancel an appointment without 48 hrs notice. However if another guest books into your reservation then you will not be charged. If you believe you have incorrectly been charged a cancellation fee please follow our complaints procedure.
We value your business and ask that you respect Delucia’s scheduling policies.
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment, if you arrive late to your appointment your treatment time may be shorter to accommodate the next customer and you will be charged full price.
We offer only professional and legitimate massage services, you can safely book in your granny, wife or daughter - or indeed your Grandad, husband or son. Please be aware that Delucia Holistics has a no tolerance policy with regards to inappropriate humour, behaviour, suggestions or language. In these instances the client is asked to leave immediately without a refund, and the police are informed of all incidents.
If you have a problem with our services please let us know and we will put it right to the best of our ability.We have a no refund policy as unfortunately a policy of refunding can lead to abuse and scams especially on the high end services.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
